Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Regardless of any cancellation made after 48 hours of scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of that service. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of service you are booked for. Not showing up or notifying me of cancellation isn't kind. Please respect my time and my other clients time. The balance must be paid before another service is scheduled.
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms. No exceptions.
If you are late to an appointment I may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule. You are still responsible to pay for the full service you are scheduled for. Please note: rescheduling could mean up to 4+ weeks wait time to be serviced depending on service & an availability.
